Cancellation Policy

BREATHE & GLOW Service Policy At Breathe & Glow, we are committed to delivering a high-end, personalized beauty experience. Please review our policies prior to booking. BOOKING All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. We highly recommend booking in advance for bridal and weekend services due to limited availability. PAYMENTS We accept: • Zelle • Venmo • Cash • Credit/Debit Cards The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Deposits are non-refundable • One-time reschedule is allowed with proper notice • Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit LATE POLICY Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to: • Modify their service, or • Reschedule their appointment We cannot guarantee full service for late arrivals. AT-HOME SERVICES For mobile services, clients must provide: • Adequate lighting • Clean working space • Access to electrical outlets A travel fee may apply depending on location. BRIDAL SERVICES All bridal bookings require: • A signed agreement • A customized quote • A deposit to secure the date Trials are strongly recommended and are booked separately. HAIR & MAKEUP DISCLAIMER Results may vary depending on: • Hair condition • Skin type • Previous treatments We prioritize the health and integrity of your hair and skin at all times. MEDIA CONSENT Breathe & Glow reserves the right to capture photos and videos for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please inform us in advance if you prefer not to be featured. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All services are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
