Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Deposits & Service Policy At Breathe & Glow, we value both your time and ours. To ensure the best experience, please review the following policies: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee. 2. Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee: • If you cancel or miss your appointment without the required 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. • This fee covers the reserved time and the preparation dedicated to your service. 3. Deposits: • All booking deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits may be applied as a credit if you reschedule your appointment within the allowed timeframe. 4. Late Arrivals: • A 15-minute grace period will be allowed. • After this time, your service may be shortened or canceled, with the cancellation fee applied. 5. Travel Fees: • Travel fees may apply depending on the service location. 6. Bridal & Special Event Services: • Regular beauty and styling services cannot be combined with bridal packages. • We provide customized quotes for brides and bridal parties upon request. 7. Rescheduling by Breathe & Glow: • If we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new time at no additional cost.
